The room was clean and the place has a beautiful pool. The breakfast is simple but good. However, it’s situated in a noisy environment. There is no hot water for the shower but seams to be the case in many hotels in that area.

Basic no frills hotel. Clean with great location. Amazing service and you can book tours with them into the Amazon. I definitely would stay again

The staff was incredibly accommodating as we needed to switch rooms with a festival outside and then they helped us when we returned from the Amazon and needed WiFi before heading to the airport.

good points, staff: in reception & pool/restaurant v. good, food: - brekky ordinary, dinner good quality & value. room: A/C wonderful, bed comfy, size enormous, not noisy (but had to ask reception to turn on hot water for shower as required & man with wellies entered room & did something in bathroom!)

Very centralized, this place was the heart of these 3 country borders. The room had a good AC and got the room pretty chilly no complaints. The staff were amazing. I was very pleased.

An ok place

The Hotel has a pool. Wifi only available on the first floor. There is a restaurant where you can purchase dinner and there is a breakfast which seemed basic so we went out instead. There is a tour service connected which we did not use. Tv with cable in the room and ac.

It’s a pretty decent hotel, but there are some things that could be improved for example; having safes in the rooms as well as WiFi available in the room. WiFi only works at the lobby and common areas and we have to ask front desk for a password that expires. There’s no elevator so we have to carry our luggages upstairs, in my case on the third floor and I was already super tired so having someone there to help with the luggages for tips would be nice. The rooms are not fancy but quite comfortable. The hotel is well located at the downtown of the city with easy transportation right at the door. I had a good stay overall, I stayed here two nights.

THE GOOD: Amazing service by all staff! Friendly service, welcoming, respectful and attentive. Very pleased with all the amenities, support, flexibility and options the hotel, and its staff provided me while I stayed here. The ROOMS are clean and well kept, very spacious and the best part of it is the air conditioning that works! POOL area is clean, surrounding communal areas are well kept and the pool gets cleaned up and maintained every night rigorously — have seen them in action! Transportation out of the hotel is great due to its location and the abundant moto-cars around it and in close proximity of the hotel. Restaurants are also in very close distance and plenty to choose from. My favorite has been nothing but Peruvian food, where the hotel also serves as part of their menu options, as well as the famous “Lomo Saltado” THE BAD: The only bad thing about this place is their WIFI, it is horrible and the connection keeps getting disconnected every 10 minutes — using this code does not help because it only works for a few minutes and then you are out of luck! WiFi is not reliable if you are depending on it to work on personal business or even trying to book other online services. The hotel may need to work on providing a much better breakfast options since the hotel charges a hefty amount per night stays on average of $60

The staff in the restaurant try to steal you with the bill, I had a burger and a cola that was 41000 cop and's then the waiter came with the bill is was 48000 cop. Then I ask for the menu to check the price he changed the price down to 41000 cop, while he got the menu to me. The WiFi is only in the lobby and restaurant not on the room, and you need to login every 5 minutes. And it’s very slow. Rooms are ok

Perfect Oasis in Leticia

We were SO Happy to arrive from our Amazon Journey to an air conditioned room and a Huge Pool!!! It was amazing!

Very convenient location and reasonably priced. The owner has a travel agency within the hotel, Wifi works only in the main floor which is very inconvenient. The american breakfast does not include juice, cereal or waffles, it comes with coffee, eggs fruit and bread. They offer luggage storage before check in time and after check out time , that is very helpful

I like the people, cleaners, kitchen staff, receptionist. However, administration is horrible, nasty and abusers. they charged us 3 times over the taxi service from airport, when trying to speak with the manager she avoid us all the time and never face us. Taxi charged 15, 000 colombia pesos and they charged me 84,000, a lot of money. ABUSERS.

ignore the entranceway- it’s great inside

arrived around 2pm - main entrance very unwelcoming and tacky (if I hadn’t had a reservation I wouldn’t have stayed! it was so unwelcoming), quick friendly check in but I always ask for top floor away from lift - and there isn’t one so I had to traipse up eight flights of stairs. large room, spotlessly clean, hot on arrival but exceptionally efficient A/C lowered temperature very quickly. safe & Fridge worked well. gr8 recently modernised pool, bar and restaurant super. 5 minutes walk to Puerto Fluvial for boats to everywhere and to local bars - thoroughly recommended despite entrance

Only breakfast in half board

The hotel in it self is good. Just remember that you don’t pay extra for dinner when booking through hotels.com because you will still have to pay for dinner at the hotel. When checking out I tried to explain to the lady in the reception that I had paid extra for dinner but she refused. She even showed me the reciept that clearly said half board. I tried to explain to her that this means breakfast and dinner but she refused and said no. I tried to translate half board to spanish but she still said no and said room only. So I ended up paying for the dinner twice which was annoying.
