"The staff were excellent and so pleasant and helpful. The room was basic and dated, but was ok for one night. I must say it was all very clean. The TV could do with updating and the WiFi was not good enough to stream on my iPad at night but was ok in morning. Probably due to traffic overload. The room we had was fronting the road so it was fairly noisy and traffic started early. Probably ask for a rear bedroom next time. We found the bed comfortable with nice pillows. We ate in the restaurant in the evening at the carvery. The food was nice and good variety of veg. However the gravy was one of the worst I have tasted. I mentioned it to a staff member and they agreed with me! Breakfast was included and was very nice. Could do with a new toaster as the bread doesn’t fit and put some marmalade in with the jams. All in all the Broadway was great value for money and I would stay again."
