The staff here are truly extraordinary. Every single team member made us feel genuinely welcomed, greeting us by name every day and anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether we needed recommendations, help with logistics, or just a quick chat about our plans, everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and super helpful. The resort’s amenities were top-tier across the board. The serene pool, lush paddy field surroundings, and quiet, spacious grounds provided the ultimate peaceful retreat after exploring the island. "Hotel Staff was very polite,courteous, friendly and professional.My room service was excellent. I had a very clean room a nice view over the swimming pool,It had an amazing view at night. Breakfast was served at 6:00-10:00AM. There was Assorted Foods,Fruits and Pastries were served daily. Beach at the resort was great,water was a little chilly, overall the weather was just right. I couldn't watch Netflix, due to it not working in the region."

"The room was so clean and staff member were so helpful. The breakfast menu was superb. The beach was in walking distance And also many restaurants and shopping mall were at 20 min walk from the hotel. Highly recommended.We would stay again if we come back and visit Bali again."
