I had an issue with one of the concierge staff who was really rude with me and my son. He had a mustache and his name was Jean something. His colleague asked for my room number and my name but no one ever called or apologized for his actions.

Breakfast was mediocre for $25 per person. The pool and jacuzzi were great! The rooms were just okay. We loved the location though, walked everywhere!

The breakfast menu needs to be drastically changed. Although it had a lot of options and tasted well, need to keep more healthy options in terms of fibre.
