In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "We spent 7 days at this residence and had a lovely time. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk to the children’s ski school and the Prarion gondola. We also appreciated the parking flexibility, with free outdoor spots behind the hotel or the option to rent a space in the underground garage. Our apartment was well-equipped, especially the kitchen and bathroom, making it perfect for traveling with a child. We also had a beautiful mountain view from our window. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a big hit with our family! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of an issue on our first day. We were initially placed in the Quartz building, where there was a very unpleasant smell, like a blocked drain. However, the staff moved us to an apartment in Opale Blanche, which was fantastic and had no issues at all. Had we stayed in the odor-free room from the start, this would have been a definite 5-star experience. Overall, we would still recommend it for a ski holiday!"
