The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"spa was very small, pool was cold for the winter time, service was very poor at the hotel but good at the restaurant. rooms were ok but the open area of the bar nearby was loud. there were big corporate groups when we were there so maybe that made it worst. all around very expensive for what we got. but well situated close to center and main roads."
