Résidence cosy et très bien entretenu. Le prêt d’appareil à raclette a été apprécié. Le calme et la situation géographique de la résidence sont tops! Le petit point négatif réside dans la présence d’un seul tapis de course à la salle de sport. Pour le reste, c’était parfait.

Un super hotel

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé pour la cuisine Très silencieux, idéal pour se dépayser. Espace détente SPA génial. Recommande les massages proposés qui sont très relaxant (notamment après une petite randonnée) Espace piscine bien aménagé et piscine pour les enfants Emplacement de l'hôtel proche du centre ville et des chemins de randonnées.

Belle adresse à Valmorel

Très agréable semaine dans cette belle résidence bien équipée, un spa superbe et très bien située ( pied des pistes) et en plus belle neige et grand soleil cette année ;-)

Quelle déception !

- Points positifs mais relatifs au prix : résidence fonctionnelle bien située en ville et près des pistes. Appartement confort, fonctionnel et chaleureux. Literie bien. Hôtesse dévouée mais fatiguée ! - Point négatifs : services lamentables qui n’est pas du fait des « hôtesses » qui font leur possible mais quand on est seule à l’accueil et qu’il y a la queue parce que la résidence est complète c’est difficile à comprendre. On doit attendre pour tout. Elle devait à la fois aller chercher des choses dans un endroit, voir pourquoi laverie ne fonctionnait pas, répondre au téléphone, recevoir les residents, bref le chaos total ! Vraiment pas digne d’un 4 étoiles ... Le SPA, pas posible d’avoir un rdv car complet et surtout parce que des extérieurs prennent rdv, incompréhensible de ne pas donner la priorité aux résidents surtout sur une periode où la résidence fait le plein. Appartement trop petit pour 6 adultes. Prix élevé par rapport à la réalité. Bref expérience négative, on ne reviendra pas.

très agréable résidence , appartements chaleureux et bien équipés (sauf pour le wifi) un spa (grande piscine , hammam , sauna , jaccuzi, salle de sport) très complet ; des services complémentaires , dommage que le parking soit en supplément.

Belle résidence à Valmorel !

Résidence récente , bien équipée et très pratique (casiers skis , garage ..) Appartement spacieux , chaleureux , très bien équipé également (manque une station I pod ) mais wi-fi inefficace ! Spa (piscine , hammam, sauna , jacuzzi , salle de fitness...) génial et très propre. Accés direct aux pistes , quartier un poil excentré mais calme.

Très belle résidence

Très belle résidence, toute neuve, très bien tenue, personnel très pro, appartement agréable coté sud (vue cependant assez moyenne), belle déco et style revus comparés aux anciennes résidences CGH, spa et piscine au top avec faible fréquentation, la résidence étant plutôt petite, une place de parking en sous-sol incluse. Station sympa en été, (un peu trop ?) calme.
