"The room had clean sheets but the top throw had holes in it and didn’t look that clean. The tap was hanging off the sink in the room.There was only 1 of 4 toilets working on our floor the others were locked off. The toilet that was working had a very dirty floor and there was no sink or soap anywhere to was your hands. I decided that showering was not an option as that was dirty too. "Heating was important on this trip as I was on my motorcycle and as ever it worked well. Reception staff lovely as ever. Only gripe was I was leaving at 7am and breakfast was not available and nobody was on reception so I had to leave my room key by the door. Overall excellent value for money"
