"The water pressure was very low took over 5-7 minutes for hot water the sink drained very slowly when we arrive there’s no one at the front desk when we checked out the person in the front just gave me my receipt and no thank you how was your stay was in a rush to talk to her co worker, who came in while checking out. "Only used room a few hours as my husband's business required lodging closer to job site. I only received one night refund as I could not contact anyone at the desk by phone that night or the next day. They answered way after check out time which made my refund less."
