The hotel is nice for the price, and the staff is very friendly. The location is excellent. The only issue was the bed, which was too hard for me, but everyone has different preferences.

The hotel is almost perfect—excellent staff, well-maintained facilities, and great value for the price. Breakfast is included, and the air conditioning is a huge plus (especially in León, it is heat!). My only complaints are the firm mattress (too hard for me) and the lack of an extra blanket. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic stay! Probably, I will back again.

The person serving breakfast same doing cleaning and front desk amazing. Night people friendly , helpful and caring. More than expected by looking location. Very safe during day time, personnel telling you not to walk alone after hours for the best.

El servicio al cliente nocturno es malo y a demás tienen goteras. Otra cosa es la limpieza, ya que nuestra habitación había polvo. Al igual, la regadera no se le podia hacer cambios al agua porque salía fria.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, está muy bonito y cómodo, el personal es muy amable y atento, los cuartos son chicos pero es el espacio perfecto para descansar, si te importa mucho como son los colchones, estos son firmes pero en mi caso es algo que me gustó, no cuenta con elevador que es algo a considerar para las personas mayores. Yo lo recomiendo y si me volvería a quedar😊

Good place for the price

Good place for the price. Location was ok but ext time we will stay closer to the center of Leon. Parking was safe. Breakfast was basic but good
