"When we arrived the room was as advertised. However, I was hoping for the ocean view with the hammock. Tatiana upgraded us for the rest of our stay. The room was clean. The view lovely. The breakfast is healthy and filling. An assortment of breads, cheeses, granola, yogurt, and eggs cooked to order. Not to mention room fresh juices coffee and tea. The staff, especially Tatiana, was super nice and super helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely."

"Really nice hotel and staff were all brilliant. Food options for vegetarians were very limited and it wasn't obvious where you could top up water bottles (there was a water fountain behind the back of main reception). Overall very good."

"Breakfast was great every morning. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Very good location. Grocery store next building over. Main strip of town a block and a half away. Most area attractions within walking distance. A variety of restaurants to choose from. Just bring cash. The tours and gift shops take a card but restaurants do not."

"We had a wonderful stay! Jose the owner/manager helped make our 25th anniversary extra special! The rooms are clean and large and loved the balcony, hammocks!This is a great place to.stay, very close to beaches and snorkeling, sunsets. It's a great location, safe, an easy walk to town or quick easy cab ride.The staff is super helpful at arranging rides or give directions or advice or answers questions. The breakfast is good too. I would highly recommend staying here, glad we did, only wish I could have stayed longer! So nice and so much to do/see!"

"Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy positiva desde el primer momento. El personal fue siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier duda o necesidad, ofreciendo información clara sobre el hotel, los servicios y las opciones de la zona. La limpieza de las habitaciones y de las áreas comunes fue excelente, algo que se agradece mucho durante la estadía. La habitación era cómoda, tranquila y bien cuidada, ideal para descansar después de un día de actividades. La piscina también fue uno de los puntos más agradables del hotel: limpia, bien mantenida y perfecta para relajarse en familia o desconectar un rato. En general, el ambiente del lugar transmite tranquilidad, seguridad y buena organización. Se nota que hay cuidado en los detalles y buena disposición por parte del equipo. Sin duda, es un hotel recomendable para quienes buscan una estadía cómoda, limpia y con buena atención. Me voy con una muy buena impresión y lo tendría en cuenta para futuras visitas."
