"The only reason I couldn't rate this 5 stars is because it stated that it sleeps 4 people. I made my reservation for 3 adults and one child. The pull out couch is only a love seat so there is NO WAY two people could sleep on it. Thank goodness we brought a blow up mattress just in case we needed it. Other that this, we were very pleased. The view was amazing and it was old but very clean. We did not use the kitchen but could have if needed. "

"There were some problems with some of the appliances in our room ,the staff and manager looked after the problems promptly and did a room switch and upgrade for the problems ,the end result was a plus for all .Excellent customer service !Thank you !"
