"Truly such a central location, incredibly easy from Amsterdam Centraal station to get to! Amenities were great, there is no AC in the rooms (typical for Europe) but there was a small fan that you can point to your room. A very peculiar room layout - maybe this was a school dorm in another life - but the rooms are MASSIVE. Free breakfast was also super robust, full of both Dutch breakfast items and other more Americanized breakfast pieces. Truly such an easy and smooth experience!"

"You cannot beat the location of this hotel if you plan to do all the top tourist attractions in Amsterdam. There is no shortage of places to eat and close to the best shopping. My 2 teen kids stayed in the triple room and it was perfect. A little compact but we made it work for our 3 nights stay. Last but not least the staff was so warm and welcoming. The check in was smooth and started our trip off right."

"Thoroughly enjoyed amenities at Ruby Emma, the room had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The complimentary drink was a nice touch. In a pinch the food was ok. There is a Mc Cafe across the street, but we made more use of the grocery store 2 buildings down with fresh pastries and cold drinks. the metro was less than a 5 minute walk which was unexpected but super convenient; we were in Amsterdam Central in 10-15 mins."

"We enjoyednour stay. Very close to shopping, the flower market, museums and restaurants. Fantastic bed and shower. Incredible breakfast, they will make you eggs. I'm diabetic so buffets are usually a struggle. Staff was great. Everything is within walking distance."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned each day, but they didn't seem to sweep/vacuum the floor. There was a restaurant downstairs, and a store for snacks, drinks, coffee, etc below too, which was a plus."

"Room was clean just a pity that we could not use the safe, we reported it but nothing was done to fix the problem the back was missing holding the 4 batteries in place so when you closed the safe the batteries fell out servies in the resturant was very slow,"
