"I very much appreciated the good service of Harry and his wife who made my stay comfortable and pleasant. My rating of this stay is high but travelers should be aware of two things. "Please don’t book this hotel in online. I reserved and paid for 2 rooms ( 31 Dec 2025) and when checked in, there was not available room for us. They even not say sorry and showed us other hotel room which is smell, dirty and dark. Finally we left that place and back to home in midnight, 20 km faraway from the city. I am still don’t know I whether can get refund my money or not. "

"Traveling for 15 days in Nepal, we (after a few days) only had 2 requirements for hotels. 1) Warm water to shower in, as all rooms/hotels/home stays have no heating and outdoor temperatures, that varied between 0 and 22 degrees, we travelled in February. And it’s so cold to shower in cold water when it’s 4-6 degrees in the morning. 2) And clean hotel, as this is not a given in Nepal and we stayed in very dirty places and very dirty bed sheets some places, that’s also had good reviews... "I had originally planned to stay at a different hotel for my Pokhara visit, but after one night, I ended up switching to Hotel Adam instead, and I'm very glad I did. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They accommodated my request to check in early, and even gave me a room upgrade. The room was clean and had everything I needed, and the location of the hotel is excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel."
