In desperation I went around back--perhaps a service person could be found. By chance the kitchen boss was coming up the stairs from the basement. I explained and she apologized profusely and was very helpful. She said I should have been given an entry code or lockbox info so I could get the key to my room...Anyway, I was lucky. She told me...
