"Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. The neighborhood was nice and it was pleasant able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, train station and Kew Gardens/Palace. I felt safe walking around even when it started to get dark. "Their hospitality"

"Property location was excellent however parking is expensive and not always available. The property was not the cleanest and in desperate need of refurbishment. The sofa was stained and curtain rail fell of three times. Kitchen hasnt got basic utensils. Couldn’t get into the apartment on multiple occasions but customer service were always helpful. "

"My visit to the property is the worse thing that happened to me in 2024, a very sad experiences that i ended up booking another apartment after staying in front of the apartment for over four hours without anyone or anybody letting me despite booking my reservations about two months before my arrival. The apartments should be banned from all hospitality App, they are disgrace to hospitality sector."

"They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. Fantastic Budget Hotel

"I don’t know why this hotel has such low ratings. I must admit, I was hesitant to book because of the bad reviews but because my booking was so last minute, I did not really have a choice. Here is my review: The Pros: - Everything was clean and tidy - Super quiet! Honestly, this was probably the quitest hotel I have stayed at. All the budget hotels like Z hotels, Ibis, Travelodge boast of soundproofing but I could always hear people CONSTANTLY! This was such a refreshing change. The road is quite noisy but once you close the windows, you can't hear a thing. - Mostly well-connected. It is a bit out of the way and takes around 40min to get to the centre of London but at this price, it's a steal! There are multiple bus stops nearby and the tube is a 15min walk away. - Room size is very generous. We stayed in the triple room and it had 3 single beds, a large single seater couch, a dressing table and chair and ample room to spare! - Comfy beds and sheets. We slept very well. The cons: - The carpet and couch could do with a deep clean. - The walls are a bit grubby. Could do with some new paint. - If I'm really nit-picking, the nearest shops and restaurants were about a 10min walk away so a bit far if you are feeling lazy. The hotel is not perfect, but for the cost, it was more than sufficient. More than I can say for many other hotels in London. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay and were more than happy. Fantastic value for money! We will definitely be back!"

"I regularly use this hotel the night before my flight to the Caribbean. It is clean and cosy and conveniently located inside Gatwick South Terminal. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and security is right next to the hotel. I highly recommend it. "

"For the reasonable price, it was much, much better than we expected. Modern, clean and compact rooms. Good bar, and the food offering was not bad at all. We will definitely book again any time we are getting an early flight from the airport. "
