"Wonderful room on 5th floor overlooking planes, air conditioning most welcome on a very hot day. Easy walk in the morning to the airport, very helpful staff both checking in and out. Peaceful nights sleep, couldn’t fault and will use again when needed."

"Nice hotel, convenient for travelers from Schiphol. Rooms are nice with plenty of room. Good size bathrooms. The staff is helpful and pleasant. We would stay here again. 2 comments: The only choice we had for breakfast was a very expensive buffet. We just don’t eat that much in the morning. This was the only hotel shuttle we’ve ever used, in all the places we’ve been, where the hotel shuttle driver doesn’t help you with your bags on/off the vehicle."

"We stayed for 2 nights before our flight out of Schiphol. Got the Superior room with double bed and sofa bed on the ground floor. It was very small, and not much space to open luggage, had to do it one at a time but we just made do. It was also my first time to stay in a hotel with no refrigerator in the rooms. It’s good that the butter i was bringing home did not melt. We had another booking for the day after for a smaller room and when i told the front desk guy, he told us we had to check out and move our luggage. On the day of check out, the lady at the front desk, KAREN, made us stay in our room since we had another booking for that night. It made our schedule better cos we did not have to wait for 3pm to check in again. So we had more time in Amsterdam. Thank you to Karen. The free shuttle was a big reason we booked there. But you have to be ready with your luggage as the bus does not have a separate area for it, so it will be with you on the bus. Make sure to check the schedule for the bus to Schipol. Breakfast was basic western, with hams, cheeses, cereals, breads, juices plus coffee and tea."
