"Very handy to walk to Schipol airport. Bright and colourful decorations and high tech room allows you to change the colour in your room through the iPad in each room. Good things to know if you are used to North American hotels: Rooms are small and bed has walls on three sides, so either someone is blocked in at night, or both of you have to crawl out at the foot of the bed. There are only a few hangers to put clothes on, no drawers. Neither of these issues reduced our enjoyment of the property, and would definitely stay here again. "

"Room was not clean with multiple stains on the walls and furniture, dust on tables/cabinets, and mine had two old socks in the room when I arrived. Location is fine given the close access to the tram but further away from the more interesting parts of the city than I initially thought. Staff was okay, although when I arrived, the middle-aged white woman working at the desk gave me a deadpan stare for several seconds before finally greeting me which I thought was strange. Breakfast was a let-down with not much variety or fresh tasting food and the cups did not look clean. Overall, if I ever come back to Amsterdam, the likelihood of me returning to this hotel is next to zero. "
