"Amazing stay as always. This is the only hotel I stay at when I am in Amsterdam. The staff are always amazing and always tend to your needs no matter how small. I arrived earlier than check in time but luckily a room was ready. It wasn't a room I am used to so I asked to be moved and this was done immediately. I was very grateful. Always have a pleasant stay, the room is always clean, staff always amazing and I find it to be easily accessible to the centre with the tram. "

"Free shuttle to the airport. Runs on a regular schedule. Usually crowded. Didn't eat at the hotel. Room was fine. "

"I stayed here for 2 nights, the gym is fairly brand new with good modern equipment and the Spa is great. I had a massage treatment with Mariska who was amazing. There was an event in the restaurant on Sunday evening which dampened the Spa experience as the bass of the speakers could be heard throughout. Also people leaving the event at 11:30 were loud until midnight. Overall great hotel. No supermarkets nearby so come prepared. "

"I only stayed there for a night. Place is nice and clean. I was surprised, a hair dryer wasn’t in the room. Otherwise, it was a ok place to stay for a night."
