"Breakfast is extra....the Airport shuttle ran on time but no help in finding actual departure terminal/info."

"Perfect location for a morning flight, with only a short walk to both the airport and the railway station. Very comfortable and spacious room."

"The location was a bit difficult to find initially. we had to park a few blocks away but parking was included with the hotel. It was very close yo the tram so we could hop on and take it all the wayto the central staion if needed. we got a group transit pass for the day which worked great."

"Room was not clean with multiple stains on the walls and furniture, dust on tables/cabinets, and mine had two old socks in the room when I arrived. Location is fine given the close access to the tram but further away from the more interesting parts of the city than I initially thought. Staff was okay, although when I arrived, the middle-aged white woman working at the desk gave me a deadpan stare for several seconds before finally greeting me which I thought was strange. Breakfast was a let-down with not much variety or fresh tasting food and the cups did not look clean. Overall, if I ever come back to Amsterdam, the likelihood of me returning to this hotel is next to zero. "
