"I understand priority or member guest reception is separate but if it is waiting time on non-member guest reception and member guest reception is sitting idle, I don’t see any harm them serving non-member guest. I hope this can be improved, I didn’t feel welcomed when I need to stand in queue while reception staff even if it for member guest is siting idle."

"This hotel is a gem located close to the aiport. Train station is walking distance and the hotel has shuttle bus also to and from hotel and airport. Free coffee in the lounge area. Room very spacious with fridge and AC. Is a proper 4 stars hotel. Breakfast is very generous with many choices. I will come back again to this hotel in future."
