Prise du logement à 16 heures et à 18 heures plus personne ne répond au téléphone, car la responsable se met aux abonnés absents. Aucun moyen de savoir se connecter au Wifi. "This one of the only properties on Le Cap Ferret with a view of the beach and beach access right across the street. Everything about the hotel made it feel "beachy", while also having a wonderful spa, bar/restaurant and other first-class hotel amenities. We stayed in 2 rooms, The first on the ground floor with our own deck and lounge chairs surrounded by a stand of bamboo – beautiful. The other room had a view of the beach and water – also beautiful. We loved staying here!"

"Incredibly friendly staff all throughout the stay. From front desk to restaurant. The rooms were clean and a good size. Food in the restaurant was way better than we ever expected. The proximity to the tram stop (<30m) is a real asset. Either to the airport in 5minutes or to the city centre in 35 - for less than two euros! But most notable was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!"
