Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Neglected rooms. Pest control has not been done as per the staff. We were not able to sleep at all as the room had coackroaches in them. There was no WIFI available as the routers were broken. Staff was very respectful to hear our concerns.

Didnt pay for the room with air conditioner, so it was hot. Just opened the window. Internet was choppy. Really bad internet quality. Bed was okay. Get what you pay for.
