"„It is a great place to stay in Cologne. However, it would be much more convenient for guests if their room key cards automatically included access to the toilets and kitchen on the reception floor. Currently, every visit to these areas requires a receptionist to manually grant access. Although reception is technically 24/7, staff members are not always at the desk because they have other duties to attend to.“"
