"The room was clean, and they have comfortable bed. The staff were nice especially the front desk staff, as well as the restaurant staff. Breakfast was good and restaurant food were good too. However I didn’t like the idea of unisex sauna and bathroom. 😞"

"I must say the staff at reception were absolutely fantastic. I like English breakfast tea and there was never a problem bringing me teabags up at the room, We stayed for five nights on the fourth night. We both noticed the noise coming from the overhead heating air-conditioning grill panel and we had it all switched off so I mentioned it’s the reception and they suggested we could leave all our stuff in the room and they give us another room on the same floor, which was wonderful of them so we slept the night in that one and it seemed to have sorted itself out the next day, so that was really good of them. There was no fuss at all. And the breakfast had a really good choice of hot and continental food, but most of all it was the staff that especially the reception staff they were amazing."

"Clean rooms, very nice staff, great breakfast. Excellent location for sightseeing and sitting outside at a huge variety of restaurants and cafes; great shopping nearby. Easy access to the Rheine river front. Very good place to stay for the (not cheap but reasonable) price."

"Stayed there for two nights with small kids. Booked a family room for 4 people. A large bed and two sofa beds. Room was huge and clean. Facing inside without view. The hotel is next to rail track, so a little noise, but easily walk to the Cathedral. The staff was helpful. I asked where to buy milk for my young kid, he just gave me a box and said it's on him. The breakfast is good, including everything I need. Good place to stay with family."

"The room was on the first floor next to the elevator, which resulted in us hearing every guest as they exited and entered the elevator. The slamming of doors could also be heard and felt through the wall, and the street noise late into the night, and early into the morning, was also an issue. Additionally, the television did not work, and the light on the left side of the bed also didn't work. Overall, it was a decent hotel in a good location; however, in hindsight, we would probably choose an upgrade to our accomodations. A solid three out of five stars!"

"I was very pleased with the quality of everything at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to try. The location of the property is within walking distance of all attractions, and I did not have to use the vehicle during my entire stay. If I ever find myself in the area again, I will try to stay here again. "
