"I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel left me with no choice — others deserve to be warned before making the same mistake.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made it abundantly clear that guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Check-in was handled with cold indifference, with no greeting, no assistance with luggage, and no effort whatsoever to make us feel welcome. When we asked questions, the responses were dismissive and at times outright rude.
To make matters worse, when we requested to speak with the manager, we were told she was unavailable and could only meet us the following day. When I returned the next day, I discovered that the manager had actually been present the entire time and simply chose not to meet us. The dishonesty was shocking and deeply disrespectful.
I then escalated the matter by emailing higher management, hoping for at least some acknowledgement or accountability — but the response I received was just as appalling. No empathy, no resolution, just another disappointing reply that reflected exactly the same attitude as the rest of the staff.
This is without doubt the worst service I have ever encountered in the hotel industry. Never stay here."
