"We ended up in the hotel where the air conditioner was not working. The staff shared their helplessness and merely shared the hand sized fan to spend the night with windows open. My entire family could not keep that night because we were sweating and there was a power breakdown. Next day, on repeated insistence, they moved us to another hotel on the other side of the city and that too, in a single occupancy room whereas we booked an executive room. I wrote an email to the general manager birthday was that they cannot do anything about. The other facility that they moved us to had malfunctioning elevators and pretty average staff support. This new location completely turned our look plans upside down, added a taxi and commuting cost to the north of €200 over 4 days. Never staying here again"
