We stayed at this property at the end of March with our family of 6. Check-in was not clearly explained, and there were no pre-arrival instructions, even after speaking to the host the day prior to check-in. When we entered past the security gate the property looked like a construction zone and not a luxury rental. There were construction boards along the entrance ramp with exposed nails sticking up. The photos and description mentioned pools and an outdoor seating and grilling area. The pools were full of algae and bugs and not operational at all. The outdoor area was not usable, with most of the furniture broken, dirty, and not accessible for using. Inside was very worn, with most walls having paint chips and dings. Furniture in the main area is quite worn. The front door was broken off the door frame and had to be slammed to get it to latch. There is also a steam room that did not work. This property was so unpleasant to be at all, we did was sleep there, the beds and linens were fine.
