"Rude staff "

"Front desk staff was excellent. I stayed for three days and one of the reasons I picked this hotel was the in-house restaurant and bar. Unfortunately, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, 2 of the 3 nights I was there. No mention of that on their website."

"My second stay here won’t be my last. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hotel is pet-friendly. The location is fantastic, right next to many great restaurants and two major grocery chains. The train station is just a five-minute drive away, and the place is very safe, with a late-night security check patrol. The only inconvenience was that the TV doesn’t accept phone sharing, and the thermostat is so tricky that you have to call them if you need to change it. The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly easy! "

"Everything worked really well in the room, a nice suite. The hot water was a little interesting because it fluctuated, and the water pressure was weak. Very clean space though, and the washer/dryer was a really useful addition."
