fabulous!

It was wonderful to stay in Room 1. The beautiful windows, spacious room, clean bathroom, plenty of on site parking and short walk to cafes and pubs. Great location, 10 mins from the airport, gracious host.

Nice stay, very clean and lovely team.

We had a very nice stay, good night sleep and a lovely breakfast. It’s a very friendly couple who run it who looked after us and were chatty and engaging. We stayed ahead of visiting Rawdon Crematorium the following day as it’s well positioned. We also noticed how close it was to the airport but there was no noise from this at all, in fact the area seemed quite overnight too. Plenty of parking too was a bonus. Building is old and quirky, shower took a little while to heat up but there was a sign letting us known so if we had have been in a hurry we could have planned easily for this. Will recommend to Family and Friends, very good value for what you get.

The hotel was well situated for an early flight the following morning and was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen, but was clean and worked ok.

We found the accommodation very clean and well presented. Exactly what we needed for our stay and near to Yeadon for our visit to see a show, Very nice eating places as advised by our Guest House owners. Would certainly use venue again should we revisit this area. Parking a bonus.

Comfy and spotless clean

We only stayed here for one night and just needed somewhere to sleep. Room was spotless clean and nice and warm as it was literally freezing outside. Very comfy bed an d pillows. Would recommend

There is no expense spared at peasehill.It is a beautiful house with many original features including lovely stained glass windows.Our room was lovely,the bed was sumptious with quality bedding.The owners were lovely,Vince and Daniel,the made us feel very welcome and the breakfast was fabulous with an extensive menu.We will definately stay at Peasehill again as we have relatives a short distance away and we firmly believe we would find another place to stay to equal the quality and value for money of Peasehill House.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is lovely with great owners who were really friendly. Our puppy was made to feel welcomed and settled. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy. We were close to amenities, but set back from the road so weren't disturbed by any road noises.

It was fine until I wanted a shower the next morning..... no hot water, so no shower. Reported it on checkout to be told they’d had a problem with the boiler and it has been “fixed” twice this week. Was dressed and about to leave when I was offered another room to have a shower! Cynic in me - one guest in the whole place- no hot water - already on a reduced room rate. Sod her!

Peasehill House is a lovely old house in a terrific setting. I stayed in Room One which was spacious and comfortable as it was a double room. Had a comfortable couch also to sit on when reading or working. Unfortunately I could not say the same about the bed as it was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in, tried being the word. They supply a fantastic cooked breakfast at an additional cost. The shower was warm but never hot. A nice touch would be if there was a hairdryer in every room. I discovered you can get one if you ask for it but that means running up and down the stairs as there is no telephone in the rooms. The owners were very pleasant and very helpful with directions etc.
