"The receptionist was very nice, but the hot tub didn’t work, our room had lots of Asian beetles, at 8:30 there was barely anything left for breakfast, bathroom had long black hair on the floor, needs a deep cleaning"

"We didn't even stay. We walked in, saw bugs absolutely everywhere, saw water stains in the ceiling, and walked right back out. Still waiting for my refund, so I had to double pay to get a room at a different hotel. Thank you Walker Hotel for an unforgettably horrible experience to start my trip."
