"The rooms were clean ,the staff was amazing from the front desk checking in ,to the bar ,and breakfast all the staff was polite and helpful . The amenities were great nice size pool and outdoor sitting area. I stayed during the Christmas holiday so they even had an event for the guest to come down and enjoy complimentary drinks and food and mingle by the bar it was just a great trip for the holidays to see the families with matching Christmas pajamas and everyone happy and the place was decorated so beautiful with Christmas trees and lights it just made me and my kids happy it definitely was a pleasant stay. "

"This hotel is our favorite pet-friendly hotel in downtown Durham. During this last visit, I had inadvertently double booked myself a room directly with the hotel and on Expedia. The check-in host was so kind to cancel the room booked directly with the hotel without penalties. I certainly was not expecting that and figured I'd be paying for two rooms due to my oversight. Thank you 21c hotel. That made my day, and I will certainly return. "
