"The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. "Gutes und reichliches Frühstücksbuffet sowie Salatbuffet am Abend. Beim Personal war von sehr freundlich und kompetent zu leicht überfordert alles dabei. Deluxe Zimmer war schön, die Matratze war jedoch von minderer Qualität. Der Balkon war mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet. Schöner Wellnessbereich. Bademantel wurde kostenlos gestellt. Parkplatz pro Tag 8€; Kühlschrank bei warmem Wetter nicht zu gebrauchen, da er keine Kühlleistung hat. Ein Supermarkt liegt gegenüber dem Hotel. Die Preise...

10/10 Excellent

"This place is next level. Bath robes and sandals. Heaven. Just reading the amenities list sounds like a mini theme park. And it delivers!!! The pools are by far the best attraction in the summer. Indoor or outdoor, you can take your pick. But so tranquil and relaxing. And a pool that has a cave with a jacuzzi on top is not over exaggerating. The meals are fantastic as well. You walk in to dinner or breakfast and the smells pull you in. Then the spread and flavor make it amazing. And those little phyllo danish’s are delightful. The rooms are super nice as well with a separate sitting area. The location is great. The grocery store is right across the street. Definitely check out the Wally Blitz ride down the street 10 minute walk. The Lechweg trail is only 10 minutes walk from here as well. Only bummer here is no microwave. But most visitors opted for meals in the dining room."

"Great hotel walking distance from the Bahnhof and Rosanna river walking trail. Nice balconies for most/all rooms. All the staff were extremely nice, at reception, at the bar, in the dining restaurant. Excellent experience. I was only passing through in the summertime and I wish I had stayed an extra night or two."

"Our family had an unforgettable experience. From being received warmly by staff upon arrival, to the wonderful views, the farm to table breakfast experience (with freshly baked bread so good), to our cozy room to our relaxing use of the sauna and steam room. All of it was so fabulous. The staff recommended us for dinner at a neighbouring property and we enjoyed our meal so much. The only issue is we didn't stay long enough. We could have stayed a couple more days."

"Lovely hotel - spacious, clean and traditionally Austrian. Great location in the centre of town - close to the slopes and main lifts. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel spa is great but just a shame they only turn on the saunas etc in the afternoon so you don’t have the option to use them pre-skiing in the morning."
