"Our reservation was cancelled 4 days before our stay. The reason was construction at the property, but we walked by and that was clearly not the case. We feel like we were scammed after paying lots of money to stay there. We were offered another property which looked great on paper but it was a total disaster (broken air conditioner, no sheets on one bed, trouble with wifi). "My wife and I are retirees. We stayed in the Station House for a week in April 2023. This is a small, comfortable, well equipped apartment. It’s very close to the train station which we liked as we didn’t have a car but far enough away that the sounds of the station aren’t noticeable. The nearest dining is in the city center, a 10 to 15 minute walk. While there are very small stores 200 to 300 meters away the nearest supermercato was 1.3 km.
