"The staff at the Palazzo were over the top. This Palace is so beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The reception staff Alonso, Matteo, Virgile, Isabella, Virgilio were very kind and helpful. They suggested places to visit things to do in the area and booked dinner reservations. The Restaurants that they suggested were excellent and all within walking distance. The Place suggested a spa. We had a couples massage with Claudia and Enza. This is one of the best massages we have ever experienced. Thank you Ladies. Claudia and Enza are very professional and kind. The Spa is amazing. We also met the owners of the Palace and had a very nice conversation. It was a pleasure to meet them. A shout out for Alfonso which is a very special person. "We had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Lecce. The location is absolutely perfect, just steps from the historic center and surrounded by excellent restaurants. What truly made the experience special was the outstanding hospitality of Serena and Paola. Their warmth and attention to detail were exceptional. The rooms were spotless, and breakfast each morning was a delight, with thoughtful options for allergies. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Puglia and looking for comfort, convenience, and heartfelt service."

" This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."
