Breakfast order at £10 ahead paid for upfront only to be told in the morning no breakfast as no electricity yet everywhere the electricity seemed to be on. Felt like they couldn't be bothered. Frayed old towels. Beds a nightmare to sleep on. ROOM not serviced. Bed not made. Bins not emptied. Dirty cups all left. Plus more expensive than the Premier Inn for basics.

Good pub accommodation

Nice pub. Clean comfortable rooms with good bathrooms. Needs more hanging space for clothes but otherwise good. Excellent breakfast. Nice staff. Easy parking.

Due to a local gypsy funeral the licence holder took the decision to close on 3 of the 4 evenings we were there, meaning we had to find somewhere else to eat & drink. Most pubs have lock ins, but here it was a lock out. As residents i found this a shabby way to be treated & would have checked out if a refund was on offer. Positive point was that the chef made us a complimentary breakfast by way of an apology for how we were treated, so one member off staff understood the concept of customer service.

Good traditional pub accommodation

Repeat visit as close to family, good value for an expensive area close to London and airports. We did not have the breakfast but bakery within easy walking distance, small rooms as expected in England

Nice location.

Lovely local pub. Room was nice but quite tired. Needed a bit of TLC (curtains hanging off) and hoover. Bed was really soft which may be ideal for some but we struggled. Good tea and coffe facilities.

I always use this establishment when I stay in the Leatherhead area. Its reasonably priced and is in a very convenient location for my needs.

My wife was very unhappy in respect of cobwebs on the inside of the window, and found things dusty, the toilet brush was the worst, disgusting to say the least, no glasses on the sink, Shower very good and hot water plenty, very friendly staff. possibly shower mat in the bath, I am only trying to help them improve standards that cost very little and time.

Needs more staff and investment for the money paid it was really disappointing and a 20yr old girl running around doing everything is not the right way to run a pub / Hotel She needs help FULL STOP

Typisch englischer Pub

Ich buchte das Hotel für eine Nacht auf einer Geschäftsreise. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein uriger englischer Pub, der an diesem Abend nicht gut besucht war. Das war auch gut so, denn die Zimmer liegen im ersten Stock und zumindest meines war doch sehr hellhörig. Da vor und hinter dem Haus sowas wie ein Biergarten liegt, darf man im Sommer keine ruhige Umgebung erwarten. Das Zimmer war groß und hell, mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Das Frühstück eigentlich das klassische English Breakfast, ich musste aber 45 Minuten darauf warten. Das Hotel ist sicher was für diejenigen, die etwas typisch Englisches suchen, aber eher ungeeignet für die Bedürfnisse eines Geschäftsreisenden.

Room was clean and comfortable. No loo roll but quickly rectified! Pub itself a little disappointing, the menu in the room didn't reflect what was actually on offer downstairs.
