"Very tired , everywhere , paint peeling from walls and windows, cracked bathroom sink . Suitcase scuffs on stair walls. Only toast ( soggy ) available for those not choosing a full English breakfast. Bar area only suitable for tall people , very raised seats. Parking very difficult , didn’t dare ..."

"Was easy to find and a convenient location to access the centre of Middlesbrough, including the football stadium if you are there for a game. Room was good value for money - only comment is it had a small kitchen area but no wardrobe to hang up clothes..,not the biggest issue as it was only an overnight ..."

"The room was very small and the bed was a small double which again is small. That been said shower was very good and the location was good I clearly got it wrong as I thought we were getting what now looks like the cottages and not a room. That was my fault and not the owners"
