"It’s the bare minimum I would accept for this price point. It’s a decent place, needs lots of work. Not even talking about updates. The single parking spot is disappointing for a 4 bdrm condo. It’s also not super easy access. Check in process was easy enough off site. Location is the gem for this one if you can take the subpar beds and kitchen. The tvs are decent, the use of furniture not bad. Just set expectations lower on this rental. "

"Property was nice. We felt safe and it was easy check in. Coffee pot was dirty, dishes were dirty and the fireplace didn't work. (Insert sad face here). Beds were comfortable. "

"So convenient- Esp as the only parent for them to walk to the lifts and I was able to provide their meals and space was set up for family fun and way enough room especially when they’re all over 6foot! Def will go back and ski Cooper because of this place! "
