"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."

Notre grosse déception a été qu'il n'y a pas de femmes de ménage en dessous de 15 nuits de réservation. donc à 13 nuits, il faut se laver soit même ses draps et serviettes. pour le reste, il y a un aspirateur. "Nicely located for slope access. The pool was very cold and quite small, the spa is NOT included and has to be booked days in advance for a specified time as it’s only open in the evenings, this has to be done by phone with the external provider which wasn’t very smooth. Room was fine and had everything we needed. Room had two bathrooms but only 1 toilet which was a bit inconvenient."
