"The room had clean sheets but the top throw had holes in it and didn’t look that clean. The tap was hanging off the sink in the room.There was only 1 of 4 toilets working on our floor the others were locked off. The toilet that was working had a very dirty floor and there was no sink or soap anywhere to was your hands. I decided that showering was not an option as that was dirty too. "Our check-in was fast and staff were friendly. The room was clean and quiet. We did not try the breakfast (too pricey) so walked to a nearby cafe instead. Location was great - walkable to the train station, restaurants, shops and downtown sights. The only disappointing thing was that the room only had a kettle and instant coffee packages and, unlike most hotels, they did not offer free coffee in the lobby area. For the nightly rate we expected to be offered a complimentary morning coffee."
