L’hôtel est très agréable mais le plus c’est vraiment le personnel ! aussi bien à l’accueil qu’au restaurant et le chef cuisinier, ils font tout pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible, très avenants et soucieux de votre bien être. De passage qu’en nuit je recommande vivement cet hôtel dans lequel on ressent beaucoup d’humanité.

Leuk hotel even buiten het centrum van Albi. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk en de kamer schoon en netjes. De kamer is wel erg klein maar alles is aanwezig. Let op de airconditioning is alleen op de eerste verdieping!

Accueil très agréable, personnel très sympathique. Locaux très propres, literie neuve et confortable. Petit déjeuner très correct, mention spéciale pour le gâteau fait maison. Localisation très pratique, dans une zone commerciale idéale pour manger ou faire quelque courses. Une guinguette est installée juste à côté mais aucune nuisance sonore à déplorer. Seul petit bémol, la chambre familiale est juste au dessus de l'accueil et un peu mal insonorisée, on entend pas mal les gens bruiants qui rentrent le soir. Mais passé 23h plus un bruit, nuit bien reposante, idéal pour une étape sur la route des vacances ! On voit que les personnes à l'accueil font leur maximum pour que l'établissement soit bien tenu et accueillant, bravo !

Main downside for us was distance from historical centre of Albi. Our fault...should have done our homework. Hotel was practical. Rooms small and functional but no charm.ok if you secure a price deal.
