WARNING! AVOID THIS HOTEL!

WARNING! This hotel did not honor the hotels.com price. We were charged extra for breakfast even though the hotel explicitly listed free breakfast as an included item. Also, there was no free parking even though the hotel listed this as an included item; we had to park on the street. The hotel manager was very rude to us and quite upset my wife. Even though I speak french and tried to explain what our hotels.com reservation said, the owner persisted to be rude and told us he didn't care. He said it was his hotel and he could do what he wanted. We love France and have never been treated this way by any hotelier in all our years of traveling through France. I could say more, but I will leave it at this: BE WARNED. THIS IS A HOTEL TO AVOID.

Qq points à revoir

L'hôtel est rénové, propre et spacieux. Par contre, le petit déjeuner est à revoir : produits peu qualitatif, hygiène moyenne. À propos du règlement, nous avons réglé par chèque car le terminal CB ne marchait pas mais finalement le gérant a utilisé le numéro de CB de réservation via le site pour se régler sans notre autorisation..

Just a bit more effort - it could be a good place

It was a stopover on a long road trip. It was a very hot day and we were given a room where the air-con did not work. We got a fan but very noisy. Breakfast was fairly disorganized. Dinner was great, local fare well prepared and tasty.

Would definitely stay again

Just about every aspect of our stay at Logic Bilboquet was perfect, especially as we were traveling with a nine month old. The service, room, and food were exceptional for the price.
