"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...
"Checked in late at night, but needed to pay local tax directly at check in and to access the building ... payment system didn't recognise foreign credit card. Fortunately 2 very kind men paid for me which was lucky as I had 2 tired kids in the car.
Bed linen and bathroom clean, but loads of stains on the floor."

"Virginia the owner/ manager was hands on and guided our experience from the moment we arrived with grace and her staff is so welcoming. A wonderful way to enter into France!"
"Room was generally clean but run down. Smelled of cigarette smoke as evidenced by butts on flat roof outside. Stained carpet and very noisy with main road outside. Bits of furniture trim missing.
Pool was good but tiny.
Bed was comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was OK.
Bit disappointing really."
