No evening food available to us and no messages in advance to say that - we had to walk down a busy road for 30 minutes to get a pizza at a kiosk by a road junction. Breakfast limited and uninspiring. Looks so much better on their website than it does in person. "

"The Chateau Colbert has been extensively restored over the past 20 years or so to a very high standard. This has obviously been a labour of love for the present owners. The rooms are very comfortable and the views over the river and forests were outstanding. The food and service were exceptional and the dining room was a wonderful place to eat. They have the largest Japanese garden in Europe which we definitely return to see. The Chateau is highly recommended."

La chambre était propre, sans odeur, avec une literie confortable, une climatisation efficace et un Wi-Fi correct. L’établissement est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais cela en fait un bon point de tranquillité. Le parking privé est pratique sur le secteur. Nous n’avons pas profité du petit déjeuner. "En période de canicule, il n'y avait pas la possibilité de se procurer de l'eau fraîche à l'armoire réfrigérée après la fermeture de la réception !..incroyable !.. disfonctionnement du distributeur le vendredi (W.E) et pas d'eau !..tout simplement inadmissible !..l'été pendant les fortes chaleurs !.."

"Hébergement très propre mais rustique et minimaliste. En fait de chambres dans le château nous étions logés dans d’anciennes réserves dont le ravalement n’était même pas réalisé, les gouttière n’étaient pas raccordées et le jardin autour à l’état de terrain vague. Les chambres sont sans penderie, sans TV et sans Wifi mais avec une odeur d’écurie persistante. Le petit déjeuner s’est résumé à 2 madeleines pour 2 et pour 2jours.Ayant séjourné 2jours la chambre n’a pas été faite durant notre séjour"
