"We arrived to discover the hotel was locked. We phoned using the number provided by hotels.com and a receptionist answered to say she would be with us in 10 minutes. Sure enough, she turned up but only to explain that the hotel was closed - if we really wanted to, we could have a room for the night ..."

Helpfull staff
"Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a late check-in and the staff waited for us until 11pm. The hotel is outside the city and you have to go through a coded gate to get to the hotel parking. Good and secure parking."

"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. "Sceptical when I heard "Manoir" was expecting something old. It is up to date, clean, very spacious. The free parking was a must because we got there by car. Early check-in I think it was at 10 am but was ok for us because we where going to Brussels for a day. We enjoyed the pool which was a Must. ..."
