We stay 2 nights and when we arrived at 5.30pm the second day the room has not been done ! In the morning nobody at breakfast to welcome you or ask for your coffee. No towel at the pool 4 star hotel with service of a motel"

"Spacious rooms, beautiful new pool, breakfast okay. Check out at 11am. Characterful building. No air con in rooms, fans were unavailable from reception. Lovely attentive staff but need more staff on site. Dining area needs updating. Overall good value for money. Hotel has huge potential to become 5* with investment."
