"Whilst it’s not in St Helier Town, the hotel has a minibus facility which runs from the hotel to the Town centre. Car hire customers will have no problem accessing free parking outside the hotel entrance. Rooms are a bit dated but scrupulously clean and the shower is clean and towels plentiful and regularly (daily) changed. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, full English and Continental if preferred. Dinner was adequate if a wee bit pricey, at £36. Staff in the restaurant are pleasant, very helpful and efficient. The Head Waiter/Restaurant Manager keeps his knowledgeable eye on all the hoping on in his dining room. A good 3 star hotel which won’t disappoint."

"This is our 4th year staying at the property and it never disappoints. Beautiful location, amazingly clean and the staff are so welcoming and friendly."

"The rooms we stayed in were immaculately clean and well stocked with Coffee, Tea, Water and toiletries etc. the breakfast was in part good although, both the has browns and bacon were past eating, both being very dried out and hard, there wasn't a choice of milk and the tinned pears and peaches not a healthy addition to the yoghurt, also we ordered a poached egg and after 25 minutes gave up waiting for it, the rest of the breakfast was adequate, staff in the breakfast room were friendly and warm. We ate a meal in the dining room on one evening and chose the belly pork, this was very nice but we expected more than one very small potato, 2 small slices of carrot and a small piece of broccoli, sadly lacking in veg, the jus to accompany it was lovely, we also had the rhubarb pannecotta and the coconut rice pudding, both were very nice. we didnt find the staff to be friendly in the dining room as neither smiled once, or made any effort to make us feel welcome. The other staff including the domestic side,reception etc were all friendly and welcoming. overall we enjoyed our stay."

"The building is a beautiful and old Manor House with a perfect location on St Aubin’s bay and a short walk from the shops. The outlook from the sea facing rooms is stunning. We only ate in the hotel once as we prefer to try new places but the food was good and there were two guitarists playing. Rami, the manager, was super friendly and helpful and the cleaner made a great job of our room every day. If ever I return to Jersey, I will go back to La Haule manor"

"The location is ideal, being a short walk down to the beach and close to bus stops for easy transportation. The hotel is a little dated in terms of interior decor and layout, but very clean, and the staff are friendly. A group of us booked rooms separately and noticed the amenities varied between rooms: some had a bath, some had a fridge, some had a fan (there is no A/C), and some had a hairdryer. So it's worth checking what amenities your room has during the booking. Overall, we had a pleasant stay as we used the hotel as a base to explore the island."
