"i was given the warmest welcome imaginable after a trying day. a glass of wine and a bowl of delicious homemade soup, all in the excellent company of my hosts. the room was adorable and comfortable, and although my stay was short, it was restorative and memorable. i highly recommend this lovely place and its charming hosts!"

"The room was full of little flies hanging around the lights, a few of them already dead. When we pulled down the window curtain, we had the unpleasant surprise of discovering a cemetery of squished flies stuck onto it - see pictures. The bathroom also did not smell very good. Definitely not recommended. "Very disappointing. Room was functional but v dated (bad 1980s) low quality decor e.g flimsy black wardrobe with no doors. Also, i disliked the fact they charge extra for coffee in the room and would not give me any milk for tea in the morning. On the positives, the bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
