"I had an extremely distressing experience with Alpine Resorts Management. During our stay, we experienced a theft of 3000 euros, and the company’s response was utterly inadequate. They offered a discount code, which is completely insufficient given the severity of the situation. It’s appalling that their employees, who have access to the apartment and the safe, are implicated in this incident. "The place was exceptionally clean, fresh and modern. The amenities were wonderful. A great bar and brilliant restaurant. I also took use of the steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. Don’t forget to use the outside sauna with a view of the mountains. Also the people that work here are lovely, from the restaurant to reception desk to the cleaners. Very convenient parking below the building with Lift access to your room."

"It was very comfy stay. The location of the hotel is great, the spa is nice. People at the reception were kind and helpful (Especially Cedric) The only handicap of this hotel is there is no parking area for their guests. You have to go to find the private car park which is close by but need to pay 20€ per day!"

"The hotel staff were exceptional. very friendly and kind and will go to any length to please you. From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Very close to the slopes, ski in and ski out. Great location, close to everything. Higlly recommend it. "

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The welcome was very friendly and this continued throughout. They were on hand to answer questions and help with restaurant reservations etc. The room was spacious and clean and we appreciated having the spa to use in the afternoons. A great find in Val D’Isere. "
