"Horrendous experience! Host should be struck off your listings. The first thing he said to us was ‘hotel finished’, meaning we weren’t welcome. We assumed it was because we didn’t check in within the hour timeframe given, even though we rung the host to explain beforehand. "Le logement ne correspondait pas à ma réservation. Nous devions avoir une cabane dans les arbres avec spa privatif . Nous n’avons pas eu le bain nordique privé et la cabane était juste sur pilotis . Nous avons dû payé le spa pour une privatisation d’une heure à hauteur de 72€ pour 4 . Le gérant nous a proposé d’y aller une demi heure plus tôt pour dédommagement. "The staff were lovely but the condition of the 1st floor was horrible. It smelled of urine & cigarettes. The room looked clean but the smell was horrible & the door had no safety locks. I slept in my clothes & changed to shower & add fresh clothes before leaving. My 13 year old grandson asked if it was a hostel. I paid for 2 nights but we did not return & got a room in another place. "
