"There are not enough words to describe this property. Simply, it is amazing! We were in the double room with the bed on the mezzanine level. The photos are exactly how the property is, no clever angles or filters and you have use of the lounge. The service was second to none. We honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Your own little piece of tranquility. As a previous reviewer has said this would be a fantastic venue for a family event, whether that was a wedding or a special birthday. You...

Unfortunately the inside of the property doesn’t have the character remaining in most of the rooms , and some of the decor is odd and not in keeping with the standard of finish I would expect in such an elegant building . Had a nice stay though , and all the staff were hard working and very attentive "

which is refreshing after a long drive. Staff in general were friendly and efficient particularly Julie on the front desk . However the same couldn’t be said for her male colleague who was curt and very officious , would suggest some customer training. Beaune is beautiful and the hotel is within walking distance would certainly visit again. "
