"This hotel was extremely expensive. While the property rooms and common building are clean and the staff is friendly, the beds are uncomfortable, Hotels.com said there was AC and a fitness center, neither are available at the facility so my room was constantly hot. There were a couple bugs in my room. The towels are poor quality. My room was next to housekeeping so it was very loud. The wifi is the worst I've experienced at a hotel, not only could not I not do any work, but I barely could...

"Valentine on reception is outstanding. Professional with lots of good advice, making sure your stay is rewarding. One big note of caution....if you are arriving by car, reconsider. The incompetent people who run the parking off site are a disgrace. Their lift is frequently out of service as are their ticketing machines.
